EXPERIENCE
Jayden is a remedial massage therapist with a background in human movement and a particular interest in sports massage, injury recovery and movement.

Jayden works with clients experiencing muscle tension, restriction, sports injuries and longer-term musculoskeletal issues. He tailors each treatment to the individual, drawing on remedial and deep tissue massage, dry needling, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and functional cupping.
