I have had a great experience with Sarah Thornton, who has implemented a strong plan of massage, stretching and exercises to ensure that I am seeing improvement in my back and neck pain. She has a great depth of knowledge and has given useful advice to have me feeling better. Would highly recommend!

I have been having regular massages with Lee now for over 18 months.   I really look forward to this time as it is an important part of managing my overall health: emotional and physical.  Lee is friendly, helpful, respectful and an expert in massaging!  At the beginning of each massage, she asks me questions about how I am and exactly what I need. She then checks in regularly to see if the pressure is ok and if I am ok.  Once she starts massaging, we do some friendly chatter about how we are both doing and then it naturally goes on to no talking – this is perfect for me as I then just relax.  Lee is always able to take her cue from me regarding how much talking is okay with me. I highly recommend Lee because I am confident that she will be responsive to my needs at all times – and at the end to the session I walk out feeling fabulous!

Ailsa is such a great therapist! She is legit the best massage therapist in Adelaide! She really listens to everything you are complaining about and always fixes me.
