Sunday has a keen focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, functional movement and posture alignment.

As well as delivering a great remedial massage, Sunday will pay attention to finding the root cause of a muscular niggle, ache or pain and will use his breadth of skills and knowledge to treat it effectively.
