From People Who Love Rub, Adelaide (City)
Lee is fantastic at her work I couldn’t recommend her enough. I started going to Lee as I was having wrist and back issues, I have always walked out feeling 10x better then when I went in. It didn’t take long for these issues to resolve and I will continue to go back for regular treatments as her work and knowledge speaks for itself!

Every appointment I have at Rub feels like Christmas! My massage therapist is amazing and he communicates with my Physio so they are both on the same page with my treatment. Fabulous service!

25 years ago I smashed my right rotator cuff in a bad bike fall.
I now require a shoulder replacement as recommended by my surgeon, as I have bone on bone in the shoulder.
I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain in this area .
Blake Proctor has been treating me over the last few months, and he has done a remarkable job in reducing the pain and discomfort, so much so that I have put the idea of an operation right out of my mind, as it is no longer a priority. Another great achievement there has been no ‘after shock’ from the treatments, that I was rather expecting and was warned this could possibly be the case.
Another thing I have had him look at is a trigger finger, and advised by my GP that I need an operation on it. I have had two treatments with Blake, and the finger has not triggered again since the first treatment.
It looks like Blake has saved me from the surgeons knife on two accounts.

Very professional consultation that gets results. Finding using the Rub team I have been able to work through the aches and pains that come from a busy life and exercising, that allows me to continue to challenge myself physically.
