Friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best massages I had. Paul’s team is very knowledgeable in what they do and has helped me manage my back problems.

Deep tissue massage was great, pretty affordable pricing too.

I have been having regular massages with Lee now for over 18 months.   I really look forward to this time as it is an important part of managing my overall health: emotional and physical.  Lee is friendly, helpful, respectful and an expert in massaging!  At the beginning of each massage, she asks me questions about how I am and exactly what I need. She then checks in regularly to see if the pressure is ok and if I am ok.  Once she starts massaging, we do some friendly chatter about how we are both doing and then it naturally goes on to no talking – this is perfect for me as I then just relax.  Lee is always able to take her cue from me regarding how much talking is okay with me. I highly recommend Lee because I am confident that she will be responsive to my needs at all times – and at the end to the session I walk out feeling fabulous!

Including Cindy I have experienced three of these highly trained people and can highly recommenced Rub Massage.

Ailsa is such a great therapist! She is legit the best massage therapist in Adelaide! She really listens to everything you are complaining about and always fixes me. I’m a therapist myself, so she really knows all the spots and has really great pressure. Her massage is never the same. She always caters to the day! I wouldn’t see anyone else! Thank you Ailsa!
