After a long week and sore muscles I always leave the message table feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I often have issues with my shoulder and Mitch does a great job of managing these issues and allowing me to get back to training pain free.

I have been having regular massages with Lee now for over 18 months.   I really look forward to this time as it is an important part of managing my overall health: emotional and physical.  Lee is friendly, helpful, respectful and an expert in massaging!  At the beginning of each massage, she asks me questions about how I am and exactly what I need. She then checks in regularly to see if the pressure is ok and if I am ok.  Once she starts massaging, we do some friendly chatter about how we are both doing and then it naturally goes on to no talking – this is perfect for me as I then just relax.  Lee is always able to take her cue from me regarding how much talking is okay with me. I highly recommend Lee because I am confident that she will be responsive to my needs at all times – and at the end to the session I walk out feeling fabulous!

Cindy Kohler is without doubt one of Adelaide’s most highly regarded Massage Therapist and has hand select her staff with care. Including Cindy I have experienced three of these highly trained people and can highly recommenced Rub Massage.
