I’m currently building a Permaculture and organic garden at my home in Prospect. I’m fascinated with all aspects of gardening activity especially urban food production and self-sustainability.
I’m also an exercise enthusiast and train by swimming, cycling and weight training. I’m a strong advocate for personal training with a fitness professional which I have been doing for over 15 years.
I’ve also been having regular massage for nearly 40 years and attest to the benefits of this incredibly effective treatment. To say that I am a nutrition and diet fanatic is an understatement. In my spare time, tragically, I am a television addict.
